How can I know if it's working?

Once you’ve installed the Penkle Analytics snippet on your website, you’ll want to verify that it’s working correctly. Here is a way to check.

After installing the snippet: #

1. Visit your website in a new browser tab.

2. Go back to your analytics dashboard.

3. If snippet is installed correctly, your visit should appear within a few seconds.

4. Refresh dashboard to see detailed reports.

If tracking doesn’t appear: #

1. Make sure the snippet was added to every page you want to track.

2. Confirm your data-domain is correct.

3. Check your browser’s developer console for any JavaScript errors. Look for requests to loglesk.io to confirm that the snippet is loading and sending data to our servers.
