At Loglesk, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. Our web analytics service is designed with privacy at its core — we do not use cookies, and we do not collect any personal data from your visitors.

Because our service is cookie-free and privacy-focused, our data practices are minimal, transparent, and compliant with GDPR, CCPA, PECR and other privacy regulations. We do not and will never sell your data. Our business model is based on providing a privacy-first analytics service — not monetizing your data.

This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

As a Visitor to the Website #

When you visit loglesk.io website, we do not use cookies, fingerprinting, or any other techniques to track you personally.

Here’s what you can expect as a visitor:

  1. We do not collect or store personal information such as your name, email, IP address, or device ID.
  2. We do not use or set cookies in your browser.
  3. We do not follow you across websites or sessions.

Your activity is aggregated into anonymous statistics, such as total page views, device type, operating system, country, browser or average time on site. No personal data is collected. You can view the data we collect in our live demo.

As a Customer and Subscriber #

If you sign up for our analytics service, we collect only the minimal information necessary to provide and support your account.

We use the services of a few selected trusted external service providers to perform some tasks. We only work with third-party service providers when absolutely necessary — for example, to process payments or send transactional emails. When we do, we choose partners who share our commitment to privacy and data protection.

Before selecting any provider, we evaluate:

  • Their compliance with privacy laws such as GDPR and CCPA

  • Their data handling and security practices

  • Their reputation for trust and transparency

We ensure that any data shared with third parties is minimal, purpose-limited, and securely transmitted. We never authorize third parties to sell or use your data for marketing or profiling.

Data we collect and services we use #

  • You need to provide your legal full name and a valid email address if you want to create a Loglesk Analytics account. We can send you invoices, updates or other essential information.
  • If you log in to your Loglesk account, a persistent first-party cookie is stored in your browser so you don’t have to log in on each returning session. Cookies that are already stored may be deleted at any time.
  • All of the data that we collect is hosted on servers owned by Hetzner, a European company. This ensures that all of the site data is being covered by the European Union’s strict laws on data privacy. Your site data never leaves the EU. See Hetzner privacy policy for details.
  • The payment process and the billing information is handled by a third-party payment provider, Paddle. See the Paddle Privacy Policy for details.
  • If you contact us, we keep records of your inquiries and our responses for customer support and service improvement. We use this data solely in connection with answering the queries we receive.

Retention of data #

We retain your account data (e.g., name, email, billing information) for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, or accounting requirements, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Data Security #

We take the security of your data seriously. We use industry-standard security measures to protect the information you provide, including encryption, secure data storage, and strict access control.

While no system can be guaranteed 100% secure, we do our best to keep your data safe and protect from unauthorized access or loss.

Changes and questions #

We may update this policy as needed to comply with legal obligations and reflect any new practices. Whenever we make a significant change to our policies, we will inform you via email.
